Margie Martin Kivett, 84, of Siler City died Thursday, September 3, 2020, at her home.
The funeral service was held at Smith and Buckner Chapel on Sunday, September 6, 2020, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Mark Richardson and Pastor Derrick Smith officiating. Burial was in Oakwood Cemetery, Siler City.
Mrs. Kivett was born April 20, 1936, the daughter of Drewey and Molly Watkins Martin. Margie was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Howard Martin, sisters, Betty Thomas and Louise Andrews, and her husband, Thomas Harold Kivett. She was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Diane K. Saylor and husband, Conrad of Siler City; sisters, Margaret Brown of Siler City, Peggy Pickett of Kemah, Texas; and one granddaughter.
