Harrison Carnell Kennedy, 88, of Sanford, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2020 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2020 at 2 p.m. at Smyrna United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Sandra Jones officiating.
He was born September 4, 1931 near Robbins, the son of the late Jerusha Maness Kennedy and John Spinks Kennedy. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Grace Wilson Kennedy and second wife, Shelby Womack Kennedy; his daughter, Audrey Jean Kennedy; one son, Terry Lynn Kennedy; step-daughter Rosemary Faulkner; sisters, Nannie May Kennedy, Aitha Kennedy, Thelma Kennedy; brothers, Harold Kennedy and John Lewis Kennedy.
Mr. Kennedy is survived by stepsons, Jimmy Womack and Milton Womack, both of Sanford.
