Athlete of the week: Brady Phillips

Chatham Central baseball’s Brady Phillips earns athlete of the week honors for the week of April 1.

In the Bears’ two big wins over Chatham Homeschool Thursday, Phillips had efficient showings at the plate, going 2-4 with three RBIs in the first game and 3-3 with one RBI in the second game. Phillips also was the starting pitcher in the second game, striking out one batter and giving up zero runs in two innings.
