Norma Jean Bolt Bill, 89, of Sanford, passed away Friday, November 26, 2021, at Central Carolina Hospital.
The memorial service will be held Monday, December 6, 2021, at 11 a.m. at St. Francis Anglican Church with Reverend Craig Lister and Rector Matt Garrison presiding. The family will receive friends following the service.
She was born in Pennsylvania on December 31, 1931, to the late Alfred Victor Bolt and Helen Bolt (Klaes). She worked in the secretarial field at Shady Side Academy. She is preceded in death by husbands, Richard Bill and Robert Kratz.
She is survived by her son, Robert F. Kratz III; five grandchildren and three great-granddaughters; and brother, Edward Bolt.
