Michael Lewis Taylor, 59 of Sanford, died Monday (08-06-2018) at Central Carolina Hospital in Sanford. Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Darrell Wood officiating. Burial followed in the Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. He was born December 14, 1958, son of the late Lewis and Margaret Taylor. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son Christopher Taylor. Surviving is his wife, Teresa Baker Taylor of the home; son, Nicholas Taylor of Sanford; brother Carl Taylor of Pennsylvania; and five grandchildren.
