The Yoga Garden's live classes are welcoming to all levels of yoga. My family has actually put our kitchen table on the porch to create a yoga area to ZOOM together. All of the yoga teachers are engaged and teach to each person's comfort level giving modifications as needed. From Satsang with Tom Thompson to Friday Morning Yoga (when I can actually remember the day of the week) with Lexi it has really helped me adjust to the stress of being out of work. Funny as I write this Lexi just texted me a reminder for tomorrow. I've done other online classes but the Yoga Garden's is just so much more fun, relaxing, and lovely. During a time of social distanceling we get to visit with friends in our own homes. How wonderful is that! Many many thanks Lexi.
