Vivian Ann Bell Rouse, 72 of Sanford, died Tuesday (08-14-2018) at Sanford Health and Rehabilitation.
Memorial services were held Saturday, (08-18-2018) at 2 p.m. at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Broadway with Rev. Robbie Douglas officiating. Inurnment was held in the Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery.
She was born in Pitt County, daughter of the late Lloyd Patrick and Alice Godwin Bell. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Richard Rouse and son Johnny Rouse.
Surviving are her sons Grady Rouse and Doug Rouse, both of Sanford; sisters, Betty Toler and Margie Purfory, both of New Bern; brothers, Lloyd Wesley “Buddy” Bell, Danny Wayne Bell, Donald Ray Bell and David Lee Bell, all of New Bern; and five grandchildren.
