Ronnie Michael Preston, 61, of Sanford, passed away on Monday, June 8, 2020 at his home.

He was born in Lee County on May 14, 1959 to the late Robert and Ethel Hopkins Preston. He had been employed by Lee Iron & Metal.
Ronnie is survived by his wife of 35 years, Ruth Harmon Preston; daughters, Liberty Goodman and Kayla Holmes, both of Sanford; one grandson; brothers, Robert Preston of Monroe, John Preston of Tennessee, Joey Preston of Sanford; and a sister, Katie Woodall of Georgia.
