Roberta LaVonne VanRyn, 91, passed away on Monday, January 13, 2020 at Peak Resources Brookshire in Hillsborough.
A service to honor her memory was held at 2 p.m., Saturday, January 18, 2020 in the Chapel of Pittsboro Christian Village, with the Rev. Larry Price officiating.
Roberta was born April 18, 1928 in Des Moines, Iowa.
She is survived by daughters, Debra Jean Chapman and Mary Ann Conlon; son, Timothy Lane VanRyn; eleven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
