Recordings: 911 calls show panic, calm inside bank

The Chatham News + Record has obtained recordings of the 911 calls  from the September 12 hostage incident at the State Employees Credit Union in Pittsboro.

The recordings include three 911 calls from citizens, as well as conversation from inside the bank with the bank manager and the suspect, Kevin Laliberte of Pittsboro, who was charged with multiple felony offenses in relation to the incident.

Note: Some of the calls include profanity.
