Randall “Randy” Harold Burns, 56, of Snow Camp passed away at his home on Tuesday, August 25, 2020.
He was born on May 2, 1964, in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to the late Otis Harold Burns and Judith Ann Gray Burns. Randy was the owner and operator of Burns Welding and Dock Board Company. He loved spending time with his family and friends, going to the beach, drawing and painting was a talent of his, and in his younger years he enjoyed body building. Randy was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his two daughters that he adored, Kayla Burns (Jordan) and Jessie Burns Kemper (Aaron); a brother, Kevin Burns; a sister, Shawn Morris (Tracy); nephews, Craig Burns, Travis Burns, Chance Ratchford and Casey Morris. He was preceded in death by his parents; a nephew, Michael Davis Burns and his canine companion, Rocky.

The celebration of life service was held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2020, at his sister’s home, Shawn Morris in Snow Camp.
