One highlight of PepperFest was a performance by some cast members from “The Little Mermaid”, who sang some numbers from their production at the Sweet Bee Theatre. The four final performances of the musicial are scheduled for Sept. 28 and 29.

Sandie Galvez MacLachlan, singer with the band 8-Track Minds, belted out a few soulful tunes that got the crowd rockin’ last Saturday night during Pepperfest. The band’s repertoire follows the soundtrack of the Seventies, with hits from the era from KC and the Sunshine Band and Heart.
