Paul Gene Owen passed away in Pennsylvania on December 19, 2019.
Born and raised in North Carolina, he was the beloved husband of Judith, father of David (Susan), and grandfather of Hailey and Tyler.
An Army Veteran, he was an Artisan, collector and good friend to many across these United States.
Funeral arrangements are private at the request of the family.
