Joseph Brian Rhodes, 47, of Sanford, died Monday, September 7, 2020, at the Kobacker Hospice Center in Columbus, Ohio.
Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Hillmon Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne O’Quinn officiating. Burial followed in the Broadway Town Cemetery.
He was born in Lee County, son of Harold Steve Rhodes and Cynthia Buchanan Chalker.
Surviving is his father, Steve Rhodes of Sanford; his mother, Cynthia Chalker and step-father Rodney Chalker of Sanford; son, Ken Lemons of Falcon; sisters, Melinda Rhodes of Sanford, and Deeandra Chisenhall of Clayton.
