Johnsie Kidd Bouldin, 87, of Bennett, passed away Monday, (12-31-2018) at her home.
The funeral was held on Thursday, (01-03-2019) at 3 p.m. at Bennett Baptist Church with the Rev. Tim Strider presiding.
Johnsie was born on February 19, 1931 to Rev. John Curtis Kidd and Lula Caviness Kidd. She was a beautician for over 50 years. She was a member of Bennett Baptist Church where she served as the youth choir director, sang in the Adult Choir, and was a member of the W.M.U. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death her husband, Daniel Bouldin, four brothers, and four sisters.
She is survived by daughters, Lana Boyd and Amy Dowdy of Bennett; son, Danny Ray Bouldin of Newport News, VA; five grandchildren.
