John Marion Cross, 74, of Moncure passed on Wednesday (11-29-2018) at WakeMed Hospital in Cary.
Funeral services were held Monday, (12-03-2018) at 2 p.m. at Mitchell Chapel AME Zion Church in Pittsboro. Interment followed at Pittsboro Community Cemetery.
Mr. Cross was born February 22, 1944 to the late John Archie and Mary Elizabeth Cross.
Survivors include his wife, Patsy Evon Cross; children, Tony, Tim and Siobhan Cross: eight grandchildren and one great-grandchildren; siblings, Clarence, Archie, Mary Milliken and Lora Ann.
Arrangements were handled by: Knotts Funeral Home, Pittsboro.
