JoAnn Burgess Brickhouse, 83, of Sanford, passed away on Friday, (07-27-2017). The service was held Monday, (07-30-2018) at 11a.m. at Jonesboro Heights Baptist Church with Dr. Calvin Sayles presiding. Burial followed in the Buffalo Cemetery. Mrs. Brickhouse was born in Randolph County, on August 21, 1934, to the late William Bryan and Edith Frazier Burgess. She taught piano for many years and served as organist for Jonesboro Heights Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Wesley Brickhouse.
