In the early hours of November 20, 2019, Jesse Carroll Fowler II passed away at Hock Hospice House in Durham, NC, after a long battle with cancer.
Jesse lived with his wife, Shelia Ashley, in Pittsboro, NC and grew up in Apex. He is survived by his stepdaughter, Misty Peeler; sisters, Linda Stancil and Joann and Janet Fowler.
Jesse is preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Annie Fowler, brother Jarvis, and sister Eula Weatherstoon.
He touched many lives and will be greatly missed.
