I saved this House of Raeford recipe clip that came with chicken I bought at some point. I tried it recently and thought it was delicious and best of all it was incredibly easy to prepare. I lined my pan with nonstick aluminum foil so my clean up was minimal. My leftovers made great sandwiches later in the week.

HONEY FRENCH CHICKEN

4 chicken fillet breasts
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup chili sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix (2 tablespoons)
1/4 teaspoon salt

In a jar, place oil, honey, vinegar, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soup mix and salt. Cover and shake well.
Place chicken in a single layer in a large shallow baking pan. Pour sauce over chicken.
Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven about 30 to 40 minutes or until fork can be inserted with ease.
Cooking time may vary a little depending on the size of your chicken fillets.
