Edward Thomas Hall, 86, of Sanford, passed away on Monday, (06-04-2018) at Central Carolina Hospital.
A memorial service was held on Monday, (06-11-2018) at 11 a.m. at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Thomas officiating.
Ed was a Lee County native from the Lemon Springs area.  He served in the US Army.  After the military, he attended Sanford Business College.  Ed was employed at Cornell Dubilier, at Trion, then retired and built Hidden Pond Mobile Home Park.  Ed was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans, Veterans of Foreign Wars, past member of American Legion and a member of Wayside Presbyterian Church.  Ed was preceded in death by his parents, Fletcher and Mina Hall Everette; and a son, Edward Phillip Hall.
Survivors include sons, Donald Ray Hall of Wilson, Vernon Lee Hall of Sanford, Kenneth Gerald Hall of Weaverville; daughter, Vera Hall Batchelor of Sanford; brothers, Elbert D. Hall, Robert W. Everette, Billy G. Everett, all of Sanford, Fletcher Everett, Jr. of Cameron; sister, Joanne E. Dover of Sanford; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
