Calvin Franklin Martin, 69, of Siler City died Wednesday, (01-02-2019) at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, Greensboro.
The funeral was held Monday, (01-07-2019) at the Smith & Buckner Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bob Wachs officiating. Burial was in Oakwood Cemetery.
Mr. Martin was born in Chatham County on January 27, 1949, the son of Richard F. Martin and Daisy Dell Phillips. Calvin was self-employed as the owner/operator of Bill’s Billiards. Calvin was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Linda Wilson, Patricia Brooks; and brother, Donald Martin.
He is survived by daughters, Kimberly M. Johnson of Seagrove, Kay Martin of Burlington and Kelly Martin of High Point; sister, Elaine Mowery of Asheboro; eight grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.
