Bonnie Coffer Spivey, 85, of Sanford, passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2020, at Westfield Rehabilitation Center & Health Center.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 16, 2020, at 3 p.m. at White Hill Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Parsons presiding.
She was born in Lee County on October 18, 1934, to the late Kenneth Shelton and Eufie Lee Cole Coffer. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Russell O. Spivey.
Surviving are her daughter, Rhonda Spivey Hockaday of Sanford; son, Richard R. Spivey of Sanford; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
