Marcus is a petulant man-child that so desperately wants to be in a position of power that he throws out lies and half-truths in his feeble attempts to win the race. Sadly the local GOP seems to support this sorry example of a wanna-be politician. Truth doesn't matter; winning and getting into a position of power is all that matters to Marcus.
